Exchange & Replacement Policy
Because our products are custom-made and 3D printed to order, we do not offer returns or refunds.
We do, however, offer exchanges or replacements for items that arrive broken, defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Exchanges & Replacements
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges or replacements are accepted only for:

Items that arrive broken or structurally defective

Items damaged during shipping

Incorrect items sent in error
We do not offer exchanges or replacements for:

Normal manufacturing characteristics of 3D-printed products
(surface textures, layer lines, or minor variations) -
Personal preference, fit, or appearance concerns

Custom or made-to-order items

Sale items or gift cards

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
How to Request an Exchange or Replacement
To request an exchange or replacement, contact us at cam@anthemvisualskc.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
Requests must be approved before any item is returned. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
If approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is any damage, defect, or error. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, refunds may be provided.
