Shipping policy

All products are made to order.

Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be processed and shipped. Production times may vary based on order volume, but we always work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.

If you choose expedited shipping, your order will arrive faster once it ships, but it does not change the production timeline.

Once your order is on the way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Orders:

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

International orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Any applicable duties, VAT, import taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout, so there should be no surprise charges when your order arrives.

In rare cases, local customs authorities may apply additional fees that were not calculated at checkout. These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and are the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier handling in your country.
