Stadium Remote — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Stadium Remote app (the "App"), provided by Anthem Visuals KC LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information.

The short version

We don't collect personal data. The App has no accounts, no advertising, and no tracking. The only information that leaves your device is a record of in-app purchases, used to understand sales (see "Purchase analytics" below).

What the App does with information

Your local network. The App finds and connects to your Helix Stadium on your local Wi-Fi network, and sends commands and reads settings directly between your iPhone or iPad and your device. This traffic stays on your network and never passes through our servers. iOS asks your permission before the App can use your local network.
Settings stored on your device. The App saves its own preferences on your iPhone or iPad, such as names you give your devices and clones, your control style, and whether you've seen certain tips. This information stays on your device. It is removed when you delete the App.
Purchases. Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information, name, or Apple Account details. Apple's handling of this information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
Purchase analytics. We use RevenueCat, a subscription analytics service, to keep track of purchases and subscriptions. When you start a trial, subscribe, renew, or buy, the App shares that purchase's details (such as the product, price, currency, and dates) with RevenueCat under a random anonymous ID created by the App. This ID isn't linked to your name, email, or Apple Account, and it isn't used for advertising or tracking. Information we don't collect

Apart from the purchase analytics described above, we do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, usage data, crash data, or any other personal information through the App.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Contacting us

If you email us for support, a bug report, or a feature request, we use your email address and message only to respond to you and improve the App. Reports sent from the App include your app version, device model, and iOS version so we can investigate; you can see and edit everything before sending.
